I am launching another cohort into my transformational group health coaching program this coming January and I am looking for a few more motivated, coachable women who want to reset their hormones, change their metabolism and easily lose 10 pounds along the way.

As most of you know I am a Doctor of Chinese Medicine with a special interest in women’s health and hormone transitions including fertility, perimenopause, and menopause. You also probably know that I am constantly training and gaining new knowledge. This year I did a deep dive into the science of metabolism to see how our diet can transform our hormone health and how our body composition changes our hormones. I have created a program that combines the healing power of Chinese Medicine, with proven methods for changing body composition and hormones.  My test subjects and I can personally guarantee you that combining these approaches creates measurable changes in hormones, blood sugar, energy, sleep, digestion, mood, skin, mental clarity, and metabolism.

I have created a group program called EAST meets WEST - The Hormone Reset, specifically for a woman looking to:

  • Optimize your lifestyle to support hormonal health for the transition through perimenopause to menopause and beyond

  • Increasing fertility if you are preparing for having children

  • Drastically improve your sleep, balance your hormones, reduce brain fog, and increase energy 

  • Stop the dieting guesswork and have an actionable plan to move towards your health goals that are customized based on your busy schedule

  • Stop craving sugar, sweets, and other hyper-palatable foods and move towards metabolic flexibility and easy fat burning

  • To master hunger, satiety, cravings, and emotional eating behaviors that we all have, and to get in touch with our body signals and how to appropriately and nourishing respond to yourself

  • Move away from endless cardio and develop a baseline of strength through resistance training (that will also amplify your metabolism)

  • Understand how your hunger, sleep, energy levels, and cravings change throughout your menstrual cycle (even in and after menopause) and learn to eat, exercise and supplement to support your physiology

By the end of our 10 weeks together you will have:

1. Improvement in Body Recomposition 

Through this program, you can expect to increase muscle mass, lean body mass, decrease body fat, and improve physical measurements.  We will also look at weight loss as a marker but consider it less important than other measurements like waist circumference, hip circumference, waist to hip ratio.

2. Improvement on Vitals

Improvement in markers like menstrual cycle regularity, menstrual symptoms, ovulation, basal body temperature regulation, heart rate, heart rate variability, and sleep data.  

If you are perimenopausal or menopausal we will look for improvement in markers to match age-related optimal hormonal ranges and symptom management like hot flashes, insomnia, hypercortisolemia, and mood changes.

3. Improvement in Confidence

 When we know why our bodies are doing what they are doing and how to self-regulate we gain confidence. When we look and feel like we want to, we feel more ourselves. This program is designed to give you real change and empower you through knowledge. My hope is that through this process you become more of the person you want to be for yourself and others.   This program will definitely change the shape and strength of your body, but it will also strengthen your resolve, mental resilience, and capacity for self love. A QUICK PROGRAM OVERVIEW

MONTH 1 - The Health Audit

The first month is all about establishing a baseline and getting started.  During this month I’ll take you through a series of tests to create a baseline for your future outcomes.  We’ll talk about your goals, and I’ll share the fundamentals for how to detox and reset your metabolism using the EAST WEST Hormone Reset Program which includes an easy-to-follow proven diet (with recipes and shopping list). If you are a vegetarian or vegan I have you covered.

The objective for the first month is to understand where you are, begin the transition to clean nutrient specific eating, gain awareness if something is holding you back, and start changing small habits one at a time. 

MONTH 2 - The Cycling

In month two we start to customize your nutrition and exercise based on your cycles.  Women without obvious cycles benefit from this too.  Here, we will decide what nutrition is working, and what part of your nutrition program needs to change.  We will look at your habits around stress and implement changes.  This can include macronutrient adjustments, herbs, supplements, fasting, the timing of meals, and small daily changes.

MONTH 3 - The Optimization

In month three we even further customize your nutrition, exercise, and habits.  After two months of applying the methods of my program, we will further tweak your nutrition and lifestyle protocols. 

And the best part - you won’t have to do this alone...

You will have live group coaching with me, a group learning platform with your sisters in the group, and an “ASK ME ANYTHING” section to get daily support for challenges and questions.

 Your success path will be super clear, and all you have to do is show up and do the work.

 It is designed to help you reclaim your health by optimizing your hormones,  and give you the knowledge to know when and how to self-correct.

We will have 10 calls via Zoom on Monday between 7 p.m. and 8 p.m. We will use this time for training, coaching and conversation (and if you can’t make all of the calls I have you covered as you’ll get access to all the replays).

I will also include a private online member’s area (The Circle) for access to the replays, to ask questions between calls, and to communicate and connect with the other members for accountability and support.

I really want you to have an amazing transformation so I'll be spending one-on-one time with you during these calls to make sure we maximize your results. 

The total investment is $2000 plus GST.
